Greetings from The Bird Channel!
For those of you still not sure about our name change, let us assure you it is for the best. Of course there will still be the age old questions... Why? What does the name mean? And our best answer (until and if we find a better one) is that we feel like the old name held us back in some ways. We also felt that maybe it was time to start fresh. Our songwriting is evolving and maybe a name change would do us good as well. So as far as meanings?
Birds.
The metaphors.
Taking flight.
Heading a different direction.
It's all there. We have great ideas as far as logos and art. So far most everyone is taking the name change well but a few of you clearly need convincing. All we can do is knock off your socks when we release the CD. Then you won't care what we call ourselves!
